The hotel had a clean environment and friendly staff who were always smiling and helpful with parking. However, the rooms had old carpet that needed cleaning and the bathroom, especially the Banyo, required attention. The location was convenient for business meetings but far from the city center and airport. The dining experience was below par, with limited options and poor quality food at times.
The hotel rooms were clean and reminded us of the Titanic, with a good spread initially. However, we were not allowed to take any personal belongings inside. The service was lacking with uninterested staff and some hygiene concerns. The location was entertaining but with some significant downsides. The dining experience had limited choices but was decent. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
